Shipping Policy

We strive to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We know that you’re eagerly waiting for your product and we don’t want you to wait any longer than you have to. Also, we’re simply impatient to see your reviews.



We offer Free Shipping.


The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 12 hours after the order is placed.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. The delivery usually takes about 3-7 business days.


1. You should receive an email and SMS within 2-3 business days of your order that your order has been shipped.

2. Please click on the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email and SMS to track your orders.

Orders Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order (clothing size, shipping address, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to with Subject: Order changes/cancellation [order no.] within 3 HOURS of placing your order.

After 3 hours, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address - no refunds will be allowed as we have already processed and shipped your order to that address.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer return and/or exchange within 5 days after you receive your order, if 5 days have passed since you received your order, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchange

  • Your item must be unused with tags intact and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, you will need to raise request via email at with Subject: Return/Exchange [order no.]. State your reason for return/exchange in the email body.

  • Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you the relevant details of further procedure.

  • The product amount will be issued back as discount coupons/Store credit/to the payment source, once we have received the product and quality check is done.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Items once replaced or exchanged are not eligible for another replacement or exchange.

Refund Policy (if applicable)

  • You can ask for a refund or free replacement against any of your order within 5 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective or damaged.

  • In case of manufacturing defects or damages, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose within 48 hours of the delivery at with Subject: Damaged Product [order no.]. We can process a replacement or return only after the verification process is completed.

  • Already replaced/exchanged items are not eligible for a return or refund.

  • All refunds will be credited or issued as store coupon codes which you can use for your future orders. Refund to the payment source is issued in the cases of any defects or lost in transit cases only.

How long the refund procedure takes?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the store coupon code will be provided within 24 hours which can be used to place new orders.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

1. We update our customers through emails once we’ve initiated the refund procedure.

2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer without raising request first. It must be sent to the address provided after return/exchange request is accepted.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Please see, we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


*Return, refund & replacement requests must be sent within 7 days from the delivery date. All requests after this 7 day period will not be encouraged.

**We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
