Teriyaki Sauce Recipe


Ingredients
* 1/2 cup soy sauce
* 2 cups water
* 1 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 2 tablespoon honey
* 2-3 tablespoons cornstarch
* 1/4 cup cold water
Directions
1. Mix all but cornstarch and 1/4 cup water in a sauce pan and bring to a slow boil while stirring constantly.
2. Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water, stir to dissolve. Stir into sauce in pan.
3. While stirring constantly, heat until desired thickness is obtained.
4. If you get it too thick, add water to thin.
Makes about 3 cups sauce. Store in refrigerator.
