Lime Chile Sauce Recipe


Ingredients
* 1 bottle Key West lime juice (frozen lime juice may be substituted)
* 4 jalapeno peppers, quartered (any small, hot pepper may be substituted)
* 1 teaspoon salt (sea salt if available)
* 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper (peppercorns may be substituted)
Directions
1. Strain lime juice through a very fine strainer.
2. Pour lime juice back into original bottle (or other suitable bottle if using frozen).
3. Put peppers, salt and black pepper in bottle and allow to sit for two weeks in refrigerator.
Use on fish, vegetables or anywhere you want to add a little zing.
