Spicy Lime Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
* 2 cloves garlic, peeled* 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded, veins removed
* 1/2 Cup water
* 2 Tablespoons fish sauce (available in condiment section of most markets)
* juice of 1 lime
* 3 Tablespoons sugar
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.Make about 1 cup. Goes well with fish or beef.
