Home Made Ketchup Recipe


Ingredients
* 28 oz. tomatoes (fresh or canned)
* 1 cup onion, diced
* 1/2 cup white corn syrup
* 1/2 cup apple-cider vinegar
* 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
* 1/4 tsp. dried mustard
* 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
* 1/4 tsp. celery seesd
* 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
* 1/4 tsp. allspice
* 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions
1. Put the tomatoes through a sieve, then transfer to a blender.
2. Add the onions and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a large pot.
3. Add all of the remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat for about an hour until the mixture thickens.
