Spicy Jalapeno Gravy Recipe


Ingredients
* 2 cups cream
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
* 2 chicken bouillon cubes
* 2 teaspoons black pepper
* 4 jalapenos, sliced
* 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
* 1/3 cup cold water
Directions
1. Add cream to a heavy skillet and heat to a low boil.
2. Whisk in butter, salt, garlic, pepper and chicken bouillon. Add sliced jalapenos
3. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/3 cup cold water and stir into skillet.
4. Cook and stir until desired thickness is obtained.

Note: If you want to tone down the spicyness of the gravy, remove seeds from jalapenos before adding to the mix.
