Welcome to Top Ten Cookie Recipes
Cooking Tips:
1. Buy the best, heaviest cookie sheet you can afford. The thicker and heavier the better. A quality cookie sheet will transfer heat better resulting in evenly cooked cookies.
2. Use parchment paper on the cookie sheet. It not only makes clean up of your expensive cookie sheet easier, it also helps bake the cookies evenly.
3. Cookies should be stored in an airtight container or bag. Large cookies will keep better if individually wrapped using plastic wrap, foil or waxed paper.
4. You can keep cookies in the freezer for up to a year. Wrap individually and seal in zip lock plastic bags. You can also keep cookie dough for 1 month in the freezer. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in sealed freezer bags.
