Fudge Brownies Recipe




Ingredients:
* 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate (4 squares)
* 1 cup butter (2 sticks - do not substitute)
* 2 1/2 cups sugar
* 4 large eggs
* 1 Tablespoons vanilla (not imitation)
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup unbleached white flour
* 1 cup chopped nut * 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Butter or spray and flour a 9 X 13 inch glass or non-stick baking pan.
3. Melt chocolate and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Be careful not to burn. Remove from heat.
4. Using a wooden spoon to stir in sugar until well mixed.
5. Add eggs, vanilla and salt and beat well.
6. Fold in flour and mix just until smooth. Do not over-mix.
7. Fold in chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
8. Pour mix into prepared pan.
9. Bake in pre heated oven for 30-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Cool completely before cutting into squares.
